Doctor Parsa is a native of California. He attended UCLA where he majored in Aeronautical sciences and Biology. After graduating with honors from the University of Southern California School of Medicine, Dr. Parsa completed a residency in ophthalmology at USC’s prestigious Doheny Eye Institute. He then completed a two-year sub-specialty fellowship in Oculoplastic & Reconstructive Surgery at the University of Miami’s Bascom Palmer Eye Institute, ranked by U.S. News and World Report as the number one program in the country.

Justin KarlinOculoplastic Surgeon
Justin Karlin, MD was born in Southern California and grew up in the San Fernando Valley. He graduated from UC Berkeley where he majored in biochemistry and then went on to study medicine at Tel Aviv University in Israel. He completed ophthalmology residency at the University of Virginia and graduated from the rigorous UCLA Stein Eye Institute fellowship in orbital and oculoplastic surgery. He is currently an Assistant Professor at UCLA's Stein and Doheny Eye Institutes. He has presented his research projects and surgical techniques at national and international conferences, has filed three patents and has written over 30 peer-reviewed scientific publications.
While research and teaching are vitally important to Dr. Karlin, his principal aim is to support and educate patients, and to help patients make informed medical and surgical decisions. Dr. Karlin has extensive experience in oculofacial plastic and reconstructive surgery and he particularly specializes in personalized eyelid and facial aesthetic treatments. His goal is to help patients achieve a natural and refreshed look, focusing on upper and lower eyelid aesthetic surgery and brow sculpting. Dr. Karlin also performs non-surgical aesthetic skin treatments, neurotoxins, facial fat grafting, filler injections, facial laser treatments and chemical peels.
